Confesion de un Ex Media Planner

Switching to Spanish for this one.

Recently I wrote this piece for El Periodico de la Publicidad en EspaƱa. For those who can't read Spanish, it is centered on the destructive practice of drawing separation lines between traditional and digital. So far I have receive many interesting feedbacks - thanks for that btw - but last night, someone emailed me and asked me the following question:

are you against digital planners?

It really surprised me since I would think so far I have devoted most of my time to support the digital movement and encourage traditional account planners to embrace it. But I guess the confusion lies on the fact that I believe there shouldn't be two kind of planners (specialization) but instead one capable of handling both areas (generalization). I don't know... perhaps for many I am asking for too much... but believe me, I have seen it is fairly feasible.
