Banners on flies

Now I've seen it all.

At the recent Frankfurt book convention in Germany, agency Jung Von Matt attached banners to 200 flies and set them loose to do their jobs as miniature sky ads around the convention center. Call me squared but besides being incredibly gross, this is just another example of ideas for the sake of ideas. Yes, the client was a publishing company whose logo is a fly, but I really doubt anyone would like to "receive" a message from such an annoying insect.
