How can agencies still think that user experience turns around one single person?&lt;br /&gt;You&amp;#39;re right, it&amp;#39;s a team responsability. Because it&amp;#39;s all about experience, it&amp;#39;s obvious that you need to challenge multiple experienceS. I don&amp;#39;t believe in the unique specialist guru. Be participative, ask, question yourself and your ideas, collaborate, change your mind, brainstorm.
